What is your biggest current challenge at work?
A major industry challenge is the prevalent misconception that AI solutions are a panacea for all IT needs. Organizations must recognize the total cost implications of AI implementation, including potential metered service charges versus fixed rates, and the need to assess whether it truly saves time or necessitates additional personnel for management
What keeps you up at night?
The construction industry faces a critical juncture with the implementation of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) controls. A significant number of organizations have yet to initiate the necessary preparatory steps, creating a potential divide between those compliant and those who are not. This disparity threatens to severely impact organizations reliant on federal contracts, potentially leading to a 'haves' and 'have-nots' scenario.
How does your ABC membership help your company?
Through our participation in various remote and in-person events, we've gained a deeper understanding of industry challenges and opportunities. We've also forged valuable connections with highly knowledgeable professionals, all driven to enhance their respective organizations.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Soccer was a huge part of my childhood, with my family always by my side, traveling and cheering me on. While a professional career wasn't in the cards, I was incredibly fortunate to have my dad as my coach for most of my formative years. Though I didn't reach the EPL, the teamwork and dedication I learned on the field proved invaluable when I joined my parents in 2016 to help grow and build ICSI.

I'm thrilled to help our clients unlock the potential of IT as a strategic asset, driving significant improvements in productivity and profitability. Transforming IT from a cost center into a powerful differentiator. That's what makes my work so exciting!
What business/career advice do you wish you had when you began?
Beyond simply finishing a task, strive to understand its place within the larger process. Look for opportunities to optimize your work for the benefit of subsequent contributors. This forward-thinking approach, prioritizing the flow of information and value, is a powerful driver of career growth... also INVEST IN YOUR 401K your future, compounding interest is your quiet best friend.

I'm currently reading Peter Attia and Bill Gifford's 'Outlive,' which is a powerful reminder that many career-driven individuals neglect their most valuable asset: their health. The book highlights crucial, often overlooked aspects of well-being, emphasizing their importance not just for ourselves, but for those we care for.
What was your first job?
My first job, valuing defaulted loan portfolios, was a baptism by fire in advanced Excel. That experience honed my analytical skills, and the mentorship I received there dramatically enhanced my critical thinking abilities, skills I still rely on today.
