What is the biggest misconception about the industry?
The biggest misconception about the Construction Staffing industry, that companies tend to have, is that talented and qualified individuals do not need to work with an agency in order to find a job. The truth is, individuals work with an agency not just to find a job, but to find the best job for them.
What is your biggest current challenge at work?
The biggest challenge that we're facing right now is finding reliable talent in this 2% unemployment market. Everybody is working right now and companies are going above and beyond to keep their current workforce from leaving.
What keeps you up at night?
My 7-month old son.
What project is your company most proud of?
It's hard to pin point a certain project as we do some pretty cool stuff, like working on submarines for the Navy, renovations and outside projects at the White House, and building a new addition at a hospital to better accommodate ill children and people in need.
How does your ABC membership help your company?
Our ABC membership helps our company by providing opportunities for us to network and develop relationships with companies where we can aid and support them with their short and long-term business strategies.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a Nascar Driver and a Ninja.
Tell us something no one in the industry knows about you.
I used to repel out of helicopters in the Army.
What do you look forward to each day?
Getting home from a hard day's work, opening the door, and having my 3 year old son yell, "DADDDYYY".
What are you like to work for?
Easy-going, spontaneous, have a positive perspective on everything (quote from the wife).

Pinstripes is a pretty cool place.

Elon Musk AKA Tony Stark.

Avengers End Game.
What do you do for fun?
Work out, play guitar, schedule time outside with the family.
What business/career advice do you wish you had when you began?
Always focus on people that are better than you. Lose your ego. Seek someone that is where you want to be in life, hold your morals and values to that standard, and seek their mentorship.

The HeART of a Warrior by Michael Thompson.
What was your first job?
Pizza Hut Cook and Waiter, the best that location has ever seen (Leesville, Louisiana).
