More about the Presenters:

Kathy Humm: Kathy Humm is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience. She founded NTP HR (Notice to Proceed with HR Solutions) in 2022 to help elevate human resources from transactional to strategic. As a consultant, she collaborates with company leaders to elevate their people, vision, and culture. Kathy is a member of the board of directors and executive committee for Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Metro Washington, board of directors and executive committee for Project JumpStart. 

Suzzanne W. Decker represents businesses in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. She advises employers of all sizes on employment law matters, including preventing discrimination in the workplace and litigation avoidance in employee hirings, terminations and medical leave administration. She also has extensive experience assisting clients in the construction industry with obligations including prevailing wage laws, workplace fraud, the Davis-Bacon Act and the Service Contract Act.
